Domestic Help (Home Help)

Providing Home Help

Every day activities often become more difficult as our abilities change. Tasks such as changing beds, doing the laundry, shopping or visiting the GP can become harder than they used to be.

For many of our clients, having someone to help them in their own home is their number one lifeline and can easily be the difference between them staying in their home or having to move into full time residential care. Our professional carers can provide home help with all housekeeping and day to day activities.

Some examples of domestic help services include (but are not limited to):

  • Domestic Cleaning
  • Washing and ironing
  • Changing beds
  • Meal preparation
  • Assistance with shopping, either taking you with us or doing the shopping for you
  • General errands
  • Collecting prescription

In providing the home help, our carers also build a bond with the clients and ensure their overall wellbeing is cared for, which can give peace of mind to family members knowing their loved one is not struggling alone.
