Hazel Grove is a suburb in the borough of Stockport in Greater Manchester. Historically it was part of Cheshire and the area was known as Bullock Smithy until 1836.
It has a population of around 15,000. Hazel Grove has fantastic transport liks with the A6 road being a major thoroughfare running from Luton to Carlisle.
It also has rail services to Manchester and Sheffield from Hazel Grove Station and the 192 bus service (among others) which runs along the A6 to Manchester via Stockport.
